1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
• Service Not Delivered: If the service you purchased was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
• Billing Errors: In case of accidental double charges or other billing discrepancies.
• Technical Issues: If technical issues within the app prevent you from accessing the purchased service which is not rectified within 15 days from the date of intimation.
• Within 7 days of Payment: Refund / cancellation should be intimated to us within 7 days of making the payment. No refund/cancellation will be processed after 7 days period.
Refunds may not be issued for the following:
• User error or misuse of the app.
• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service after it has been delivered.
• Services provided where usage has begun or the service has been partially completed.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Open the tsbridge.com app.
2. Go to the Settings or Help section.
3. Select the Contact Us option and choose Refund Request.
4. Provide the necessary details: your order number, issue description, and reason for refund.
5. Submit your request.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
3. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
• The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• You may receive your refund within [10] business days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Subscription-Based Services
For subscription-based services, the following applies:
• Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: Refunds will only be provided for the unused portion of your subscription if it’s within the first [7] days of the subscription period.
• Trial Periods: If you are on a free trial and decide not to continue with the service, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
5. No Refunds Policy for Certain Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
• The service is delivered as described and within the stated timeframe.
• You change your mind or no longer require the service after use.
• You violate our Terms of Service or engage in any fraudulent activities.
